Rollout Rolling out!

The first of our orientation rollout sessions happened today, and so far so good.

For those of you who have yet to see the documents, all branches are being asked to develop goals in the following areas:

Customers are our first priority

  • Excellent customer service is provided consistently
  • Staff is where the customers are
  • Staff will develop efficiencies

Staff is trained, supported and confident
  • All staff will provide basic customer service
  • All staff will empower customers to help themselves

The Library Environment

  • The library space is designed and configured to allow customers to use the library easily and with minimal staff assistance
  • The library is fun and inviting and encourages repeat visits
