For those of you who have yet to see the documents, all branches are being asked to develop goals in the following areas:
Customers are our first priority
- Excellent customer service is provided consistently
- Staff is where the customers are
- Staff will develop efficiencies
Staff is trained, supported and confident
- All staff will provide basic customer service
- All staff will empower customers to help themselves
The Library Environment
- The library space is designed and configured to allow customers to use the library easily and with minimal staff assistance
- The library is fun and inviting and encourages repeat visits
